Judge tells schools, N.J. to negotiate over perks (New Jersey Herald)

A federal judge has agreed to keep new rules in place that allow New Jersey to limit perks and retirement benefits for school administrators. However, the judge Wednesday ordered revisions to ensure the oversight rules don't violate tenure laws.
