Escaped inmate captured in New Jersey (WIS News 10 Columbia)

Vineland City Police say they captured Roberts at 2:45pm Tuesday after they received a tip. Authorities say he was captured without incident. New Jersey officials say Roberts will be extradited when they are finished with him.
